We are staying on the 19th floor of our hotel (Hongguang Hotel). We have a big picture window in our room facing the back of the hotel overlooking some of the city here. We kept hearing loud chanting coming from outside and we discovered there are 3 military buildings (at the back of our hotel). The military men jog around the streets below and chant much like our military do here. They are out there all throughout the day, morning to evening. We can here them regularly. You know it must be loud for us to hear them on the 19th floor in our room.
